The mine part of Abandoned is pretty self explanatory, just run and throw firecrackers (Fire in the Hole! is great for this part). Or you can have a melee character and just sit behind them in a one entrance room as they smack all the zombies through a wall. Clear out the sleepers then what you do is break a nest and immediately run back outside (either from the top or bottom) and kite the zombies around until the nests are able to be destroyed again and repeat, takes some time. Then immediately throw a firecracker outside the door and run past everything and get to the house. Run to the alarmed door and shoot around it so the zombies break it. The beginning part of abandoned is a lot easier with firecrackers.
Run around in a circle for a bit then run back inside and close the door on them and they all despawn.
If a tallboy gets in, immediately open the saferoom door and lead it and all the zombies outside. If you're throwing pipe bombs inside, you're just bringing the zombies inside the church.
